- Risk Mapping
- Vegetation Management
- Inspections / Maintenance
- System Protection plans geared for Wildfire Risk reduction
- Targeted equipment replacement
- Situational Awareness / Operational Readiness
- Public Safety Power Shutoff
- System Hardening
- Data collection: ignition tracking, outage reporting, and asset management
- Know what you need to do -> Then DO it!!!
- Lack of execution of your plan can be very bad for your career
- Act early to get your stakeholders on board before fire weather arrives
